Argyle Estate Agents was founded in March 2002, after proprietor Jim Cassidy decided that that the area needed a refreshing new approach to estate agency and the services that work hand in hand with the business. Our approach when purchasing or selling a property is to focus on delivering customer service and ensuring clients are aware of every small detail with regards to charges and the service they receive for their money.

Argyle Estate Agents occupies premises in a prime location in Cleethorpes.

The property is a delightful building in the conservation area of Cleethorpes. Seaview Street is one of the most popular Streets in the area, catering for people from far and wide visiting the varied, very popular retail outlets.

It is the above popularity which made Seaview Street the number one Location for Argyle. The company has been founded on the philosophy that we will deliver the best possible service and enjoy ourselves whilst doing it. We work hard to achieve both these aims.

Whilst the company has been founded on the above aims we recognise that the estate agency process involves meticulous attention to detail and a daily routine of doing the simple things properly. We have implemented the most up to date technology.

The system prompts and diarises regular follow up to ensure the speedy progress of transactions. We also use the latest digital cameras and colour laser printers, which means we will produce a brochure within minutes of arriving back at the office.

Our mailing list is updated weekly. Applicants who have been on our list for 3 months are asked if they wish to remain. We expect most our applicants will want to remain on our list, as they will find we offer a very diligent service.
At Argyle we are very aware that the most single common complaint from clients and their chosen estate agent was a lack of contact. We pride ourselves on giving our vendors prompt feedback following viewings on their property.

We have talked about technology and how we intend to make things go smoothly for clients, however we are very aware that what the public require is knowing they have a hard working agent who is putting their needs first and dealing with them in a way that they fully understand and trust the job being done for them. Jim Cassidy - Proprietor:

Jim Cassidy, founder of Argyle Estate Agents travelled far and wide in his previous retail profession before deciding to settle in the Cleethorpes area. He is married to Sarah and has two young sons George and Robbie.

Originally from Falkirk, Jim has a retail background which gives him a strong customer service which estate agency requires.

After his career in retail Jim switched to the financial services industry. It was through this area's contact with estate agency that Jim realised the market required a more personable approach, and a philosophy which is basically be straight with your staff and customers at all times, treat them with respect and from this will evolve a successful business where clients are happy, and staff feel good.

Wendy Taylor - Valuer/Sales Negotiator:

Wendy joined the team in 2006. A local lady, married with a family. Wendy is part of our valuation team, carrying out market appraisals on a daily basis as well as progressing property sales to completion. Wendy is a hard worker with good communication skills and a friendly and pleasant manner, always happy to help with all enquiries big to small.

Debbie Walker - Office assistant:

A new edition to the team, with a background in banking. Debbie is new to estate agency, but is learning the ropes confidently and is happy to carry out property viewings, and general administration.
